Article 1 - Definitions.
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
- MBNfit: the company that offers and sells nutritional supplements through MBNfit.com.
- Customer: the natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with MBNfit.
- Consumer: a customer acting for purposes outside his or her business or professional activity.
- Products: all nutritional supplements and related products offered by MBNfit.
- Agreement: any agreement between MBNfit and the customer regarding the purchase of products.
Article 2 - Applicability.
These terms and conditions shall apply to any offer made by MBNfit and to any agreement concluded. By placing an order, the Customer declares that he or she agrees to these terms and conditions. Deviations shall only be valid if agreed in writing.
Article 3 - Offers and products
All offers are without obligation, unless otherwise stated. MBNfit strives to display products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that images or descriptions exactly match. Dietary supplements are no substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle.
Article 4 - Use of dietary supplements
The customer is responsible for the correct use of the products. In case of pregnancy, medical conditions, use of medication or doubt, always consult a doctor or specialist. MBNfit is not liable for damages resulting from improper use.
Article 5 - Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are clearly stated before completing the order. Payment is made via the payment methods offered.
Article 6 - Delivery
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding a delivery time gives no right to compensation. The risk of damage or loss is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receipt. Opened or sealed food supplements whose seal has been broken cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.
Article 8 - Refund
After correct revocation and receipt of the return shipment, MBNfit will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
Article 9 - Liability
MBNfit shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits. The liability is limited to the amount of the order in question, unless otherwise provided by law.
Article 10 - Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product. MBNfit will handle complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days.
Article 11 - Intellectual Property
All content on MBNfit.com, including text, images and logos, is the property of MBNfit or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Article 12 - Privacy.
MBNfit processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to the privacy statement on MBNfit.com for more information.
Article 13 - Applicable law and disputes
All agreements shall be governed by Dutch law and disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
