Shipping Netherlands & Belgium
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped via PostNL. Delivery to a PO Box is only possible within the Netherlands. We ship worldwide.
Shipping & delivery
All packages are shipped via PostNL or DHL. Depending on the value of your order, the package is insured and / or registered mail.
- Mailbox shipments are, if possible, provided with Track & Trace.
- Orders placed on weekdays are usually shipped the next business day.
- Friday orders are usually delivered on Saturday
Parcel tracking
As soon as your parcel has been registered with the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail, allowing you to track your shipment online.
Note: letterbox shipments are not always fully trackable.
Delivery & Collection
PostNL does not make a second delivery attempt. If no one is found, the package will be taken directly to a PostNL parcel point nearby.
You will be notified by a card in your mailbox or via the PostNL app.
According to PostNL, 95% of the parcels are delivered on the first delivery attempt. If this fails, the parcel is often ready at a pickup location sooner.
Costs & confirmation
After shipping, you will automatically receive an email with the shipping confirmation and Track & Trace code, so you can easily track your order.
