Shipping Netherlands & Belgium
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped via PostNL. For orders over €49,95 shipping is free. For orders below this amount we charge a fixed shipping rate of €7,95.Delivery to a PO Box is only possible within the Netherlands. We ship worldwide.
Shipping outside the Benelux
For orders shipped to countries outside the Benelux, we charge a fixed shipping rate of €12.95. The shipment takes place via a reliable carrier and is, where possible, provided with a Track & Trace code so you can track your package.Shipping
All packages are shipped via PostNL or DHL. Depending on the value of your order, the package will be sent insured and/or registered. Mailbox shipments are, if possible, also provided with a Track & Trace code.Orders placed on working days, we try to deliver the next working day. If you place an order on Friday, in most cases it will be delivered on Saturday.
Track your parcel online
As soon as your package has been registered with the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. This allows you to follow the shipment online. Note: letterbox shipments are not always fully trackable online.Delivery attempts
PostNL does not perform a second delivery attempt. If no one is found, the package will be delivered directly to a PostNL parcel point nearby. You will receive a message about this in your mailbox or via the PostNL app.According to PostNL, the first delivery attempt succeeds in 95% of cases. Experience shows that for recipients where the first attempt fails, a second attempt is often unsuccessful as well. Therefore, after the first failed delivery, parcels are immediately taken to a pickup location, where they are also available faster.
