Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Free shipping from €50,-. Below that you pay €4,95.
Germany & Austria
Free shipping from €60,-. Below that you pay €6,95 shipping.
Scandinavia
Finland, Norway and Sweden. Free shipping from €100. Below that you pay €14.95.
Other European countries
Free shipping from €100. Below that you pay €12,95 shipping costs.
Fast, clear and easy to track
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped via PostNL. All packages are shipped via PostNL or DHL. Depending on the value of your order, the package will be sent insured and/or registered.
Track & Trace
As soon as your package is registered with the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail.
Working days
Orders placed on business days are usually shipped the next business day.
Friday orders
Friday orders are usually delivered on Saturday.
Mailbox deliveries
Letterbox shipments are provided with Track & Trace if possible.
Not at home? To a parcel point
PostNL no longer makes a second delivery attempt. If the deliverer does not find anyone, the package will be taken directly to a PostNL parcel point nearby. You will be notified about this via a card in your mailbox or via the PostNL app.
According to PostNL, 95% of the parcels are delivered on the first delivery attempt. If this is not successful, the parcel is often ready at a pickup location sooner.
Track your order
After shipment you will automatically receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and Track & Trace code, so you can easily track your order online. Note: letterbox shipments are not always fully trackable.
