Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving reasons. This applies to most products you order from MBNFit. You can use our withdrawal form or send a clear statement to info@mbnfit.com.
14-day cooling-off period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to revoke your purchase.
Submit return
Simply register your return via email or with the withdrawal form.
Return
After notification, you have another 14 days to return your products.
Save proof
Always keep your shipping receipt or tracking number for extra security.
Additional conditions apply to some products
Because hygiene and safety are important, certain products can only be returned unopened and with seals intact. These include supplements, powders, capsules, creams and oils.
Unopened
Products must be completely unopened for acceptance of return.
Intact Seal.
The safety packaging or seal must remain intact.
No damage
Used or damaged products may be refused.

The costs for return shipment are in principle for your own account.

Preferably use a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
Refund
We will refund your purchase price within 14 days at the latest.
Same payment method
The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used to pay.
How to make your return faster
Check your order immediately upon receipt, fill out the withdrawal form completely and pack products carefully. Keep your shipping receipt until the refund is fully completed.
