Return policy and right of withdrawal - MBN
At MBN, customer satisfaction is paramount. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you decide to return a product for any reason, you can exercise your legal right of withdrawal. Below you will find all the information on how this works, including conditions and exceptions.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving reasons. This right applies to most products you order from us. To exercise your revocation, please use our revocation form, which you can download, complete and send. You may also send a clear statement by e-mail to info@mbnfit.com, indicating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
2. Return shipment
After reporting your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product to MBNFit. Always keep a shipping receipt or tracking number to avoid any disputes.

3. Exceptions and hygiene-sensitive products
Additional conditions apply to certain products because hygiene and safety play an important role. These include:
- Tablets and capsules
- Powders and food supplements
- Creams and oils
- Other sealed products
Important: These products can only be returned unopened, undamaged and with seals intact. Products that have been opened, used or damaged will not be accepted for return. Any damage or use may result in withholding (part of) the purchase price.
4. Cost of return
The costs for returning products are in principle for your account, unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a shipping method where the package can be tracked and is insured.
5. Refund
Once we have received and checked your returned products, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that any shipping costs are not always refunded.
6. Safety packaging and contact
Products whose safety packaging has been opened cannot simply be returned. In this case, always contact our customer service first at info@mbnfit.com to discuss the possibilities. Only with explicit permission can such products be accepted for return.
7. Tips for a smooth return process
- Check your order immediately upon receipt for completeness and any damage.
- Fill out the return form completely and correctly.
- Pack the products carefully for return to avoid damage during transportation.
- Keep the shipping receipt until the refund is completed.
